After a couple of days of pulling the innertube, we moved up to pulling a tire with a bale of hay strapped on top to add some weight. This sort of drag pulls about the same as a loaded two wheel cart. As you can see, Buddy was learning how to be nice about pulling. Strong on the traces, but soft on the bit - what a concept!
